Management TeamGalerie Šantovka was opened to public in October 2013. It is situated in the very centre of Olomouc city linking via the foot bridge with the pedestrian zone leading to Dolní and Horní square. Galerie Šantovka is amongst 10 largest shopping centers in the Czech Republic and is a dominant retail leader in the whole Olomouc region. The project has notably contributed to bringing a new life to the city center.
Galerie Šantovka II represents the second phase of the successful and dominant regional scheme Galerie Šantovka. It will offer over 24,600 m² of new leasable area and additional ca. 100 units on two above ground floors extending the total leasable area of the center to ca. 73,000 m². Predominantly leisure areas are to be situated on the third floor.
Galerie Teplice is one of the most attractive and dominant projects in the entire North-Bohemian region. It is a popular place for shopping and leisure and represents the revitalization symbol of the center of this unique spa town. Neighboring spa with the centuries-long history attracts a large number of foreign visitors.
Šantovka Living represents the second phase of revitalization of the former Milo Olomouc factory. It comprises a set of 240 modern apartments with well above standard specification situated on the edge of the historical center of Olomouc. It is situated in the unique peninsula, which is surrounded by Morava river and Mlýnský creek from two sides. The project is unique for its contemporary timeless design, quality, location as well as its conceptual idea.
An exclusive residential scheme to be developed adjacent to the successful Galerie Šantovka on the Mlýnský creek bank in the center of Olomouc. Building design was assigned to a world renown atelier Benoy. The building will rise up to 75 meters and its optically lightened facade will provide residents an uncompromised view of the entire city.
Galerie Prostějov will be developed in the downtown of the city and will offer an attractive and modern concept replacing the urban destroyed location in the historical city center. Upon completion Prostějov and its inhabitants will benefit from the unique shopping and leisure gallery with over 17,400 m² of rentable area situated over 3 floors.
